The Stars collided at Galaxy Bar on Tuesday, 28th February 2023, as we celebrated the captivating essence of Greece with the presence of Pavlos Chondros, the 2019 winner of the METAXA 12 Star Competition. Pavlos delighted guests with his masterfully crafted Improved Manhattan cocktail, while the Galaxy Bar team joined forces to honor two additional competition winners, Oleg Chuchno (2021 winner) and Tom Hay (2019 winner).

This remarkable evening also presented their winning cocktails, the Pear Aeneid and Nepheli (meaning "cloud" in Greek), offering an exclusive experience that immersed all attendees in the exquisite world of METAXA creations.
