We celebrated World Paloma Day on Sunday, 22nd May, with no less than Athen’s institution and Paloma authority, Barro Negro. 

To mark the celebration, Stelios and Ionna, the talented team from Barro Negro showcased three exclusive takes on the Mexican signature cocktail at Galaxy Bar which will be dressed for this special occasion.
